As an example there is the 2 versions of the same pack but with different names, this is VERY confusing and needs sorting out urgently please, as you may well be losing customers and extra revenue from the Midasbuy platform when they can’t work it out.
I hope this can be expedited quickly!!

I generell agree ln this, but the exanple you Show is showing same name, both is imperial shadow, i would love to forward it, but with a better example
