i was linked my account via gmail since day1 but today i tried to link it with my facebook also and it was failed. the website said some error occured and it kick me out of the game. when i logged in back to the game via both gmail/facebook - my character data was totally gone.
Please help me to recover my data, i did not do anything wrong.

Please send me a private message with the following information:
- Information related to the lost account
a. Character ID/Nickname
b. Account creation time
c. Device used when creating the account
d. Common login region and registration region
e. Screenshots of the first purchase and the most recent three top-up orders (must include order number, date, purchased items, etc.)
If there have been any top-ups, this is required. If there are fewer than three, please provide screenshots of all relevant orders. - Please create a new game account and bind it to any third-party account, then provide the character ID of the new account.
Once your information is approved, we will proceed with the account transfer for your old and new accounts.

Have the same problem and the official support channel(email) did nothing in 6 days with it…
Did all the steps you told here. But still nothing answer from them.

Those are rookie numbers. They need 3 days to reply then 3+ to reply again
