Don t waste your time on random benefits given if you dont want them... even when you have leg gear you will always needs more gear farming anyway
Also, gold and pieces are the used one for the clepsydra where you get the rewards
This can be considered bonus, you never have a must to clear those
If rewards are irrelevant to you, dont bother. It is espected that mythical comes from higher stages not from random pnj, remember they are considered good when they have epic armor in human standard in the lore, so giving you to craft leg is supposed to be amazing
