Hello i played before ... stop playng because of this bug ... and now after 1 year its dooing the same

on my computer its dooing that

and on my phone black screen

Delete everything (also the folder saying dragonheir) and then reinstall it via steam on the computer
Delete it on the phone and reinstall it completely new

#

If any other bugs are occurring please state so

Did you bind your account to gmail/facebook/apple?

If yes then you can create a new account on a veteran server and inherit legacy there to get your old stuff back
If you choose new server you don’t have that option

Well, it's been a while, I don't remember exactly how I logged in. I was hoping there would be an option where you could recover your password or email/account.
