#Account Valuation Problems!

They need to fix this account valuation… people who never played the game recieved 4800 wyrmmarrow by simply posting screenshots of another game.

Meanwhile players with lost data or spend hundreds/thousands on old version were given 1000-2000 wyrmmarrow.

We should additionally recieve the 4800 wyrmmarrow that’s crazy!

I could have sent screenshots of other games and got more then my hundreds of dollars spent on old account.

This has many players feel un appreciated and that we have an unfair start!

I would recommend mailing players who recieved 1000-2000 for old accounts 4800 wyrmmarrow immediately before you lose many spenders who spend hundreds on your game?!

You have people who never even played 4800…. I get 1000 because of a faulty link ? That is super unfair

I will go spend my money somewhere else if you don’t fix and give me atleast A fair review sorry to have spent hundreds since re release… wont get any more money from me that’s for sure until you fix

For instance, if you need to re-evaluate a character under Account A, we can assist with that. However, if you wish to add a new Account B for evaluation, we regret that we won’t be able to accommodate this request. Thank you for your understanding.

Hopefully yall can do something and I would suggest giving all old players 4800 wyrmmarrow that’s straight bullcrap you giving people who never played more then people who spent 100’s of dollars you trying to run off all your spending customers?

For the old character being evaluated, the account must have been inactive for at least 14 consecutive days. After completing the valuation, players can claim the corresponding valuation rewards in-game through the Event Entrance using a newly created character within 7 days.

The valuation page will display all characters that meet the criteria; if a character is not shown, it means it does not meet the requirements.
