Legendary chest disappeared from inventory

I was saving 2 legendary selected heroes's chest and they disappeared as you can see. I didn't use them. I was waiting for the 6 exclusive banner before.

I woud like to recover my chests please.

Thanks for your reply. However, the chests i had were containing only season 1 heroes. I got them after the restart and the heroes inside the chest was only from S1. One chest was with only 6 heroes and the other more, i can't remember how many exactly.

I can do it yes. Not sure about the chests. I had 2 legendary but i can't remember which one it was. I had 2 from Heroic Pack and one from Insuance. But can't say which are missing. Here are the screen

It seems that the relevant team has the same message like for the missing Issuance ticket. What can i say. I was waiting to pull on the banner Flora/Lothair and even the 6 selected one before using these chests. So i'm pretty sure i've not used them.

But one more time, i can't prove that. It seems some things are going strange with some rewards and i'm not the only one to complain about that. So maybe we are wrong, but we could also be right.
