I am writing to you regarding the discrepancy in the evaluation results of my two accounts. During the evaluation procedure, under identical conditions and with the same uploaded materials, significantly different results were obtained:

First account — 4800 crystals, ID 1452986567098207232

Second account — 1000 crystals, ID 1452986585358350336
I am attaching screenshots demonstrating the uploaded materials from other games, which were identical for both evaluations.
I would also like to draw your attention to a technical issue: there were difficulties when uploading screenshots — the files did not upload on the first attempt.
I request:
- To conduct a verification of the specified discrepancies in account evaluation.
- To consider adjusting the evaluation of the second account in accordance with the first one.
