Her visual update looks great, but the gameplay rework significantly weakened her overall usefulness. She no longer fits into the poison team, has no synergy with existing poison heroes, and her damage output is much lower than before.

Her passive introduces a new poison type (Thorny Poison) that only deals damage when removed, but she has no way of removing it herself. Her Battle Skill now applies fewer poison stacks and has only a 75% chance (fully scrolled!) to apply Thorny Poison. Her Ultimate no longer scales with poison stacks, making her feel disconnected from the archetype she’s supposed to belong to.

This rework feels like a straight nerf across the board, and her current kit lacks purpose or direction in both team building and performance.

Please consider reverting Jathalea’s rework and restoring her original gameplay functionality.
She was never overpowered, but at least she was viable — now she feels worse than even Talwer or Utior.

PD: Also her ultimate used to have a pretty cool effect, now only farts at the enemies.

One thing i forgot. WTF with that -20% enlightment debuff. The most useless thing ever.

pacific Problems:

**Thorny Poison = Isolated Mechanic**

No other champions or gear currently interact with Thorny Poison, making it a dead-end mechanic.
She’s the only unit using it, making her feel like an unfinished concept.

**Battle Skill Nerfed:**

Applies fewer Poison stacks, which lowers her sustained damage.
Only 75% chance to apply Thorny Poison even when fully scrolled 100% for 1 poison and 1 thorny poison. this is capped at 50% of attack and 5% of targets hp.

**Ultimate Skill Nerf:**

No longer scales with Poison stacks, removing her synergy with poison-based comps.
Loses damage potential and identity as a poison burst dealer.

**Team Synergy Issues:**

Doesn’t synergize with existing poison
No team where she fits effectively post-rework.
** Gear Testing Results:**
Tried all gear sets — none produce viable damage.
Compared against multiple teams — she underperforms across the board.

Current State:

Jathalea feels like a gutted poison champion with no proper role.
"Thorny Poison" appears gimmicky and lacks utility or support.
Her rework has made her objectively worse than her previous version.

Suggested Fixes (Optional for Feedback):

Let her remove Thorny Poison herself to trigger damage.
Allow other poison champions to interact with Thorny Poison.
Increase Thorny Poison’s base damage or have it deal damage over time and on removal.
Reintroduce scaling with poison stacks on her Ultimate.

I agree with you. Maybe make thorny poison don't have a stack limit/duration and scale the damage based on stack.🤔

Giving her a multi hit ult with each hit applying a couple stacks of each poison, and making her battle skill extend or enhance poisons would make her interesting as a third with Lothair and his enabler

What is the point of a hero whose poison is completely different to any other and therefore incompatible with the team she is supposed to fit in??

Worse than Talwer (if that is indeed possible)
