Cant bind guest accounts

Hi, I posted earlier but I've discovered it isnt a unit situation. I cannot bind guest accounts to a gmail account no matter what the account is, I get the error that the email is already bound. I just made a fresh guest account and a fresh email address and I'm getitng the error. I do not have the option to make another email account. Please help me figure out how I can bind my account so as not to lose it. My name is Kaylessa on 27-Old highlands

Thanks for your feedback. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that appears when binding your account, as well as your character ID? Additionally, we recommend binding other third-party accounts, such as Facebook.
