You need to activate and confirm your prophecy code 1st to be able to get those rewards

Is the account your trying to claim those helio from, the same as your using ingame to play?

the prophecy code can be from another account, but the rewards need to be claimed from the account your playing with. So try going to that page with the same email your using ingame
