Email already bound to another character?

I'm trying to bind a guest account to my gmail account but the game is saying that email is already bound to another account. I've tried multiple emails that I know I've not used and it gives the same error every time. TY for any assistance you might provide.

Dear Traveler,
Each third-party account (Google/FB/Apple ID) can only be linked to one game account. Please make sure that your account has not been previously linked to another account and that you haven’t logged into the game and reached the server selection page before.
Based on this, we recommend trying to bind a brand new third-party account.

I started the account as a guest account and have tried multiple gmail accounts. I've never bound any gmail accounts to this game (Although i did bind to a facebook account on my phone).

Thanks for your feedback. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that appears when binding your account, as well as your character ID? Additionally, we recommend binding other third-party accounts, such as Facebook.
