S4 Hero Maashtur missing in my Legacy Character Inheritance

i got 2 times Maashtur in the S4 of DH and when i go in my Legacy Character Inheritance then Claim Preview and S4, i can't see the hero.is it a but ?

Its a visual bug and its know and checked and will be inherited omce his season is reached
