I have downloaded the app on my iPad but it will not open.
I have the required iOS. What can I do to make it work?

Have you tried deinstall and reinstalling the game? It should work fine on iPad.

Yes. I have never ever played the game on my iPad. I assume that it will take a lot of space, so I reset the whole iPad. Everything else works except the most important thing.

Did you download all ressources? Do you have an error message or a kind of a start screen?

I do not get any messages
I clicking the ikon, it goes black for some milliseconds and then I am back to the start screen

I downloaded the app from AppStore
Exactly the same app work perfectly on my iPhone
