It's not prompting me to inherit character as I already did it once.... I hate to start all over again. Dev pls help me recover my account on steam.

@ancient tangle is in our Alliance, in a nutshell he had to completely re-install Windows on his machine along with fresh installs of all software, however when trying to get back in to DH, his already inherited account isn’t showing, I assume this is because the local files on his machine were wiped with the re-installation of Windows etc.

Is there any kind of recovery that can can be done, without Dev involvement please, as Figueroth is really upset and is looking for any help that can be given please

He has his Character ID and proof of purchases if need be, but is hoping you may have an alternative to enable him to use the game over the weekend! 🙏

He should get his account when logging im with the linked login method, otherwise only devsupport can help

I am able to login with BlueStacks with my Google account
