Perhaps there is something I don't understand, but what is the merit of having only an option to retry the fight and not just save damage for the day and be done with it ?

Ya it auto saves your highest damage so you can just spam the combat sim if you want

I guess I didn't properly formulate my demand: does it seem normal for the retry button to be central in the UI? It must be only me, but down right position on the screen with a red outlight should be "Save and exit" the mode, not retry.
Im' saying that because alot of time I end up retrying because of that, when I don't need it

But you dont need to MANUALLY save ... so the bottom left "back to World" should be bigger?

Seems pretty straightforward it’s auto saved so who cares. I actually like they let us try several attempts to keep pushing higher dmg with different combos vs just a one and done.
