Heroes missing from Season 1

I´m having heroes from season 1 are missing from my account, This are the list of heroes i´m sure that they´re missing of my account:
( Utior, Rhash, Casper, Tamar, Philto, Lorentheel, Sagomir, Ghul´ende)
I´ve been trying to find videos from my records showing this heroes But I couldn´t find anything. But i´ve been using them in previous seasons as i was playing and didnt made videos that time.
I was even checking the Legacy character Inheritance page and the holded heroes for there season to come and I didnt even see this heroes there.

Thank you for your patience. Regarding the issue you reported about missing heroes after inheritance, upon confirmation, the old character ID you inherited is 1407521399552139264, and this character has never obtained the mentioned heroes.

Im sorry but there must be a mistake, because Ive been actually using many of this heroes before the reborn, and as well Utior as an example this hero got sent to everyone including myself as for free due to the game been out for a week or had some issue , and that was long time ago i cant call which date exactly. so Yes i do believe there must be some type of mistake.

Here it clearly confirm that Utior got sent to my account as compensate. And by you guys checking saying the opposite that mean that there is something wrong.

Ive even checked all the heroes thats included in this announcement Ive got the one in season 2 and season 4 but season 1 and season 3 both are missing from the heroes thats on hold for there own season .

Here in season 2 and Season 4 I got the exclusive heroes from the announcement .

And here season 1 and season 3 I don´t have the heroes that´s mentioned in the announcement.
So I hope that this going to help solve my issue. THank you a lot

The hero compensation mentioned in the announcement is based on the season you were in before the server shutdown. You will only receive the compensation reward for the corresponding season, not cumulative rewards. For example, if you were in S4 before the server shutdown, you will receive the reward for S4.
According to our verification, your old account does not contain the heroes you mentioned.

But This heroes I´ve actually gained them before, Yes the rewards from the shutdown was for the corresponding season, But we´ve actually got them all and not just the one for the specific season as i´ve already got this information gaven to us in the creator chat and it was confirming that who´s in season 4 going to get them all ( which i´ve been in this season when the shutdown happen and i´ve got them all) Because I didn´t finish the missions for season 2 and season 4 to actually get these heroes as well , But as with the screenshot it shows that i´ve obtained them from the shutdown announcement, WHich means that I also obtained the ones from season 1 and season 3 which are the ones i´m missing along with the mentioned heroes above. So yes I do still know there is a mistake with the inheritance of my account.

Thank you for your patience. After reconfirming with the development team, regarding the server suspension compensation you mentioned, travelers can only receive compensation for the corresponding season before the suspension, and cannot receive compensation for multiple seasons.
Meanwhile, we were unable to find any record of obtaining the mentioned hero.
