Why don't you just put a rate up banner and give hvitar 50/50 chance with lelwanis, after pulling for certain times like any other gacha games. I've been pulling for 200 times and no hvitar, you just gave me ledahlia 2 times I don't need her. I WANT MY effing HVITAR. It's bollocking bullshites. I now know why you've got terminated.

I totally agree the rarity of certain champs on their banner is kinda BS
