Can't purchase anything, on any platform

Hi guys, I primarily play on steam, and whenever I try and make a purchase, I get this error. When I try through Midasbuy, it gives me an error message as well, as well on the Google Play Store. I have an outstanding ticket, but it's been about 3 days, so I figured I'd try here as well. I was able to purchase twice, the 7000 2x pack, and the $5 login pack. However, after a day or so I tried again to purchase something else, and get error's on every platform. Which sucks, because I want to give you money! I made sure nothing was declined, used multiple cards on every platform, and nothing has worked, and I'm at my wits end. Thank you for taking the time to read!

May I ask if you are experiencing the same error on Steam, Google Play, and Midasbuy? Could you please provide the error codes for each platform so that we can further investigate?

On Google Play(Same as iOS as well), it simply hangs at the Purchasing Loading Icon without initializing the payment UI for both iOS and Google Play and eventually gives Session Timed Out, please try again later. Below are the requested screenshots!

I can confirm iOS is working again! Haven’t tried Steam or Midas but hey one working is good enough for me, thank you so much!
