If you don't do this , you're going to lose a lot of players out of frustration. yours is not the only game on the internet. You have issues going on tonight, there are players asking questions, and I'm not seeing anyone other than other players answering them. The Reborn8 server instance does not seem to be functioning correctly. we are players we can't fix your server issues, or login issues, that is your job as a company. Please give us actual customer service.

I will say that I'm going on 12hrs without a touch on the ticket I opened with customer support. The lack of customer support especially in the first couple weeks of this relaunch is absolutely crazy.

yeah I hear ya, magically server is back up and running smooth, but no reply to what I posted. This doesn't look like what I had in mind.
