#Game logged me out and I can't log back in?

Receiving error code : 2 when attempting to log in. As I beat Fey Meander 100 it failed to load the results and then booted me to login. It now gives me the screenshot below upon login, and then hangs out on the looping intro video forever.

After many attempts, I received this message now. Can someone direct me to the Notice Board it mentions?

I appreciate your troubleshooting steps, but judging by the error message and later behavior of the server it appears the server went down. Thank you for responding.
