[Network Operator]: (Example: Chunghwa Telecom / Far EasTone, etc...)
[Scenario where the issue occurs]:

If you are installing the PC version of the game, please provide the following information.
[Game Log]:
(How to get the logs: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:
(e.g.: Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs)
For Android version, please provide the[Game log]:
(How to get the log: the log file under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/.)
Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.
Please pack all the log files and send them to us. Once we have collected the information you provided, we will immediately report it to the relevant team for confirmation. Thank you.
i sent in a bug or log report last time i sent this in...it keeps crashing several times in the last hour...sending another log...its PC client

i sent a second log in yesterday. has happened 2x today as well.
I play on PC, i installed via steam and I guess it runs through there but I don't launch steam to play.

It does still happen, but I am beginning to think it may be my ISP. Is the server side software sensitive to WiFi blips?
