I had a weird message pop up when I tried to use the “ODDONE” redemption code, then when I tried again, it said it was “User Redeemed” already, I went to the in game mail but there was nothing there.

Sadly I didn’t take a screenshot of the first message, but it said something about contact Cust Services?

Normally, codes have a limited number of uses

Please re-read, it failed to go through the first time saying something about “contact Cust services” then I re-tried and THEN it said “User Redeemed”

Whereas I haven’t received the items from the code
