Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.

I got another reply today but was just to wait more time 😅 because they said they are having a high volumen of request.

Wow this is taking so long... at this point, I might lose interest in this game if I fall too far behind.
Is it possible to bind the account to more than one service? Like having an account bind to both Google and Facebook? Because I was thinking that maybe I could bind it to facebook and then try if I can login using facebook instead of Google.
I have the same issue on my PC AND mobile device.

I am not supplying any data . This is unacceptable. Why, regardless of login type (steam/apple/etc) is this game unable to login for multiple users. Iv bought multiple packs now that I am unable to access. No mobile game I have ever played has had this many simple login issues. What’s the problem!!!!
Even on a hard line straight connection on a high end streaming pc I still get this issue.
A couple of other things that you might try:

Temporarily turn off your anti-virus and anti-malware programs and then start Dragonheir. Sometimes they are too aggressive with game clients and trigger false positives. If this is the issue, whitelist Dragonheir in whichever program has the conflict.

Temporarily disable your firewall and then start Dragonheir. Like above, if this is the issue, whitelist Dragonheir in your firewall settings.
Make sure you turn everything back on after you test them.

And I have tried shutting my anti virus off completely on the pc.
Something is wrong on their end.
Rather than using someone else's bug report, you should initiate your own bug report with all of your details in one post. What you are experiencing might have a similar cause or it might be due to something else entirely.
Likely not the issue but just to rule it out: are you by chance using the same network (via wi-fi) or even the same network provider (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, etc..) on both your PC and your iPhone? You can also try running the game through a VPN on each device to see if there is any change in connectivity status. As I said, this is unlikely to be the problem, but I've seen this crop up in other games before.
yes same problem, same error than me.
I do not have anti-virus or anything like that except whatever Windows 11 brings by default. I guess I may try the Windows Firewall/Defenser (whatever it's name, but really doubt that would solve it). I even put google on sites exceptions and still does nothing. I believe it's on their end as this other person says since his problem also extend to Mobile devices.
The wi-fi, ISP, VPN are also not the issues. Why? Because I use the same for both PC and Tablet and the Tablet does work while PC Steam doesn't. It might be some perhaps more related to the Android, Apple and Steam versions. My Tablet maybe seems to work just because it's slightly old hence has a quite old version of Android maybe 10-12 but newer phones have latest versions.
I also wanted to add that I also play other games through Steam and/or their own PC client that connect in the same way through Google Data service and they work fine so far.
I got in, BUT It's still NOT fixed. So what I did won't work for @frank hare because he can not get on Mobile either. So with that said I will still be looking forward for a fix for this for Google.
I was able to enter just because I thought to bind the account to Facebook too, which worked from the phone and making a copy of my save game on facebook, which I used on Steam and it let me in through microsoft edge.

I got an email about this today. If they had said it earlier maybe we could have saved a few days. Anyway I hope this solve fast or people would lose interest in the game because if you fall behind, it becomes very hard to catch up. I already sent the info by email.
