Gameplay Experience Survey Error

Hi everyone,
I've stumbled upon an interesting bug, which occurred in the Gameplay Experience Survey test. There are two questions (if I know it right the 12th and 13th), where I have to rate different male and female characters new designs. However, there are no pictures, no names, only numbers from 1 to 6. Does anyone know which number represents which character?

Hi Traveler, the issue of not being able to get rewards after completing the questionnaire has been fixed. For players who have completed the questionnaire before, we will reissue the rewards within this week.

Bearing in mind I pressed the submit button will this count as having “completed the questionnaire”?
