After you get teleported from the Lalvano town after talking with the 3 shady character necrotic : ontop of the stage in the Tarvern -> to meet Caspar outside-> near Lalvano town ; the entire game ground becomes white teleporting anywhere on the world map does not fix the issue

Playing on PC on Steam when this occurred : had at least 6-8 hours in game playing active ;
Workaround : closing the game -> re-launch game -> login again -> Fixed the issue for me
