The Frost stacks of 2/3 & 3/3 from Frost characters in party is not showing the stacks correctly

The Frost stacks are not displayed by the looks of it ; tested everywhere it only shows 1 stack of Frost ; the frost 2/3 3/3 on the team should apply 5x stacks of frost
