Hi i summoned 300 and chose Lelwanis then I summoned another 300 but didn't get another copy is this a bug? I wanted the artifact for her

you can only choose an exclusive on the first 300 pull, afterwards I believe the hard cap is 1k summons
you do not get 1 every 300 summons on the same banner
If you do want to get 2 copies in 1 run, keep summoning until you pull an exclusive, after pick your chosen one

its kinda logical you cant claim it 2 times
as you can see in the screenshot below its already marked Completed -> and if click it again says : Selected Hero obtained
its only a 1 time reward not repeated reward... it makes perfect sense if look at it logical
the advantage at the exclusive banner is : that you only have a 1/14 Chance at Legendary Pity pull to get 1 of the 2 exclusive premium characters
unlike the normal banner Heliote Dice standard banner where you have all characters in the game including all premiums but the chance there to pull a Exclusive(Premium) character is astronomical low %
I would recommend save your dices for next premium banner selection ; or for the Heliote Dice events that used to come 2 times per season every 30+ days : was once at Continental Challenge / and 1 when the exclusive Hero season event is active .. unless that was changed for the rework
