Hi Dragonheir, I'm inquiring about my old account champion transfers to my new account. I don't think I have access to my old accounts ID but I have the username and email associated with it. I am in the US and have heard conflicting stories about some people getting their characters back and some have not. I had a really good pool of heroes and would like them in the new season. Please let me know what I can do.

I also did my account valuation and it sent me wyrmarrow but no champions

Way to inherit:
- Login to the old account
- go to "veteran server list"
- create a new hero there
- start playing
- choose inherit on the popup
I can't login to the old account because it was through the epic games store which its no longer available on there
I am having the same issue and have tried all the generic instructions. Veteran server, look for the orc picture, wait for a pop up. Literally nothing works. Previous US account here too.

@dim lily Even though they can't activate US accounts, they can do an account appraisal based on the amount of spending made to the account. If you didn't spend much, or any money at all, they are generously allowing screenshots of other games, like Raid or Watcher of Realms to bolster your accounts. We can't add links in these posts, so take out the spaces in this to get to the appraisal page on their website.

right and I did do that but the bigger issue is that everyone gets that "compensation" on top of being able to retain their previous rosters, scrolls, etc.
Just feels like a slap in the face without some sort of further compensation. They may have "lost" the account data but they were able to give me an appraisal of my account I had using the same log in details, so clearly there is something there in terms of data. I didnt need to use screenshots from other games.
