Didn’t get my characters from heliolite summons

Made a new account and am around level 30 but am unable to import prophecy code or receive my warmarrow from appraisal which also seemed a little off as I have 3 watcher of realms accounts and a end game raid account. Made a support ticket a couple days ago yet to hear from them.

1. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to import your Prophecy Code? According to the rules, travelers need to lock in their draw results on the pre-registration draw page to generate a Prophecy Code, which can then be imported into the Heliolite Summon pool in the game. If you encounter any issues, please send us a private message with:
   a. A screenshot of the Prophecy Code generation page
   b. A full screen recording of your operation
2. Regarding your account appraisal being lower than expected, could you please provide the participating account information (Open ID) from the account appraisal page?
   How to obtain it: Log in to the account appraisal event, press F12 to open the developer tools, go to the "Console" tab, click on the Object below, then Open ID, and copy the string of numbers for us.

It appears that on mobile the option to redeem code was hidden as it doesn’t fit the screen and when you try import code on the other screen it just tells you to do in game. I happened to try on pc and saw that it was at the bottom of the character screen but I was unaware I still had to summon for them. I also did not receive my appraisal wymarrow or the link to discord rewards and the in game survey also was not giving rewards to me either thanks for your time.

Never mind also was unaware the wymarrow was linked to account level

Hi Traveler, the issue of not being able to get rewards after completing the questionnaire has been fixed. For players who have completed the questionnaire before, we will reissue the rewards within this week.
