You were able to retrieve my old US account info without any issue and without any weird tech endeavors on my part. Why suddenly I am asked to do this random F12 stuff?

I did exactly what you suggested but when I press F12 it doesn’t look like yours. Check out my screenshot. If you have time, (no pressure) I’d appreciate any advice on what to do next. I’m not the most tech savvy person.
I don't know what to tell you other than every time I go to that exact screen with the "10 Pull Summon" button, I can F12 and get to the info. Any other page doesn't work for me.

As I explained before, I had TWO accounts BOTH named ShishkaBob. The first was my old US account. The second was my non-US account that I created AFTER my US account was taken away. I am asking about my NON-US ShishkaBob account. I have provided you screenshots. Please help me. Please ask me questions if you do not understand. Again, I AM NOT asking about my US ShishkaBob account. I AM asking about my NON-US ShishkaBob account.

This is the result we have confirmed with the development team. Do you have any character IDs for accounts outside of the US account? When you participated in the evaluation using your US account, did you log in with a third-party account that is linked to your in-game account, or did you use a third-party account that is not linked to your in-game account?
Thank you for the reply. The account I am talking about was created using Gmail and vpn. Since my US ShishkaBob was taken away, I named my new vpn account ShishkaBob and the game allowed me to do this. I am now playing both WalleyTacker and the vpn ShishkaBob(not using vpn anymore since US inclusion). I hope this info helps us figure this out together, thank you.
I changed both names to completely different names at time of relaunch since this opportunity was given

This is not directly related to whether or not you used a VPN. If, when evaluating your US account, you logged in with a third-party account that is linked to your in-game account (for example, by entering your nickname instead of selecting a nickname), then the evaluation results for this account have already been associated and saved with your third-party account. In this case, you cannot use the same third-party account (Apple ID/Facebook/Google) to participate in the "I am a returning player" option (selecting a nickname).
Therefore, we need to confirm with you: when you chose to evaluate your US account, did you use a third-party account that is linked to your in-game account to participate?
Thank you for explaining. I am attempting to understand. When the appraisal was announced on discord, I clicked the link (using my iPhone) and then I don’t remember for sure but I think I typed the name in.
I don’t understand how I can’t use Google to participate but I need to log in to my Google account in order to participate
In short, if your account A-ShishkaBob is linked to both Google and Facebook, then regardless of whether you use Google or Facebook to log in for the evaluation, the evaluation result will be associated with both of these email accounts. You won't be able to switch to another email account to perform the evaluation again. Similarly, if you used your in-game bound account to evaluate your US account, you won't be able to use these two email accounts to evaluate your non-US account.
I’m sorry I still don’t think we’re on the same page. The account I’m talking about is completely separate from my original US account. Different email addresses. Different countries. Both were evaluated. It seems like you’re saying that the account I’m asking about is not capable of getting appraised. But the account I’m talking about was. It was originally appraised at 4800 and then changed to 2000. Currently it is called StinkyBiscuits and is located in server REBORN 4

Hello and thank you for getting back to me. I actually followed these directions and sent you a screenshot earlier in this convo showing that I am unable to locate the Open ID number you are referring to.
Also, I don’t understand why you say there is no result for this account when it was appraised at 4800 and then changed to currently at 2000 which I provided screenshots for earlier as well.

The verified valuation result was indeed based on the nickname valuation (specifically, the US region account was selected for evaluation). The account you valued higher, S+, also shows in the screenshot that the confirmation button was not clicked.
This is information that I told you already. Why are you now telling me as if you’re answering my question? I have to be honest, this is super frustrating because you don’t seem to be understanding the issue even though I’ve explained it quite a few times. Let’s try again. My non-US account was initially appraised at 4800. I did not press confirm due to appraisal being brand new and Discord explaining that I should not press Confirm right away if I have multiple accounts. I exited out of the page. I later went back to the appraisal to finalize it, but the appraisal was automatically changed and confirmed at 2000. So now currently my non-US account from pre-reborn version is active yet only appraised at 2000 even though you just confirmed for me that it was appraised at 4800.
We have verified that you have used the current valuation result normally. Each account can only obtain a valuation result once. Since your other valuation result belongs to a different account, it does not meet the reset conditions.
What exactly is normal about an account being evaluated at 4800 and then changing to 2000? Why are you talking about “reset conditions”? How does my issue have anything to do with resetting anything? Since each account can only obtain a valuation once, how come it automatically valued it a second time lower and automatically confirmed it all without me doing anything? Please. Give that account the extra 2800 it deserves since that’s what it was valued at.
