#Login issue...Giving Network Error message

Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.

My network is top notch nothing wrong with it...Its the game that has a problem.

May I ask which login method you used? Was it Google, Facebook, or Apple?
I had the same problem, and I solved it. You will need to log out of your web event account and change your browser account to the one you need (preferably log out of your gmail account so that you can enter your email details when prompted again, rather than automatically logging in) + do not set up automatic login memorization after a browser request (when you log in to the game, you are redirected to your browser, where in the window that appears you confirm the transition, after which it writes that the login was successful and returns you to the game menu - in this window that appears in the browser, you don't check the remember box).

I don't know what you talking about.
After my first arena battle the game froze. Now I keep getting a code 6 fault when logging in regardless of my connection.
Apple user
I managed to get back in somehow this morning. But now I’m getting the same code 6 fault again……
And now I get the same code on the steam client

I am not supplying my Apple ID. This is unacceptable. Why, regardless of login type (steam/apple/etc) is this game unable to login for multiple users. Iv bought multiple packs now that I am unable to access. No mobile game I have ever played has had this many simple login issues. What’s the problem!!!!

I won't be using proxy or VPN...it's too much of a hassle.
For now I'll just delete game. When it comes to my region..ill download it again.
