I played today as soon as the server opened. I went through the entire process, synchronized my account, joined server 10, retrieved my old heroes, and played until I reached level 30. However, now I can't access my account again. I'm using the same email address and logged into a different account from scratch.

As he said, he played after relauncher start today and choose SERVER 10, collect all his heroes etc. But now when he opened again his account there is no hero create on Server 10.
