Dear All,
Veteran players can transfer their account data by creating a character on the Veteran Server. If you have multiple characters under your previous account, you will need to create multiple characters on different servers to transfer them.
If you are a veteran player, you can log in using your linked third-party account (Apple ID/FB/Google), select a server in the Veteran Server, and after entering character creation, choose to transfer your character. Alternatively, after creating a character, you can click the top right corner "+" >> Activities >> Go to Transfer >> Select the character to transfer.
Please Note:
- If you want to transfer all your heroes, artifacts, and important assets from your old account, be sure to use the Event portal and select the character to transfer.
- Heroes and artifacts from non-S1 seasons will be temporarily locked after being claimed, and will be gradually unlocked in subsequent seasons.

Yes, we can see in-game which heroes are locked for each season.
The problem is that these characters aren't shown in their respective seasons like all the others.
What could be the reason?

Regarding the heroes you mentioned, they are heroes released after Season 4 and are not yet displayed in the TBD lists. Please rest assured that if you own any pending heroes, they will be displayed in the future and will not be lost.

I have similar issues. I received Losenia during the web event when they stopped the game for one month, one year ago, but now I cant seem to find her on my new account. I also think im missing some inspirations from S1 heroes. Haven't checked future seasons, cause im assuming they will instantly be added when their respective season arrives.
for inspirations check your backpack
I inspired all my s1 heroes from their menu. I think it should pop when im checking the heroes, but will triple check from the backpack. Cheers 🙂
If you are in S1, the Soul Imprints in your inventory will be immediately returned, including both the Soul Imprints used to inspire current season heroes and those remaining in your inventory. Currently, the number of heroes displayed on the event page is calculated as "number of heroes owned + number of Soul Imprints." If you have previously used Soul Imprints to inspire a hero, the corresponding Soul Imprints will be returned during the season that the hero belongs to.
Hello. I am a returning player and I have the same Issue. I am missing Ascehtius, Sutha and some others. How do we solve this issue ? I can't find them in the inheritance page either. Thank you. 1924458742022305792 ID.

if this is not possible to recover, I'll just quit now lol :)) I don't want to grind again + spend money again for something I already bought
If you purchased aomething, you can look it up in the purchase history and with that receipt they should be able to check
so I have to go back to 2025 or 2024 when the first release flopped and try and find out a receipt ? really ?
this is not a way to solve it, it will help, but this should not be the way to handle these matters
tbh, I'm mostly bummed about aschetius, he was inspired as well.. sutha was +3 I think
there are more heroes that I'm missing, but I have to open the codex and look at the whole gallery and note them down.

How should they find your data without ANY hints where to look. That be like telling a fsrmer to find a straw in a field ...
With the receipt they can find your ID and with the id they can check the account
No id = no search

Via a receipt... they can track the purchase Number ti the id

are you a person in charge for this type of process? because they can track my email linked to the google account and they will see all the purchases

This thread is for heroes TOTALLY missing from all accounts (they got moved to later seasons and have not been shown in the preview) therefore old id's where not needed
Your case is different hence we need more ways to check. And yes, maybe the mail is enough, but easier and faster with the old id or a purchase id.

I am making a full list of heroes that are missing from my roster and heroes that do not show up in the inheritance page. I know, that some will pop up as season progresses but I have a lot of missing heroes from S1 and that hurts a bit :D. I'll also try to search for a receipt, but I need to check my credit cards first. A lot has changed in 1 year+ :).
These are the ones I cannot find.
Also, I am missing a lot of mythic artifacts for some reason..

Aside from the account you have already inherited, were the resources from the other character also inherited?

Hrllo @pure sand only DarkMorphine has been inhherited, the Higher Level one. The other one has not been. I don;t need the other character

I had 2 characters, I inherited from my main one, which I provided pictures.. So I dont understand why they cant find it.. that's all
based on the answer the screenshots you provided had different Game IDs than the original one you posted.
This rises the question if you accidentally submitted from different characters you previously played

Okay but then the provided screenshots appearently don't align with either the login method/email you use now or the pictures above are having different GameIDs as different characters from the same email adress

No. We are looking at IDs. IDs are created when you create an account. They don't change when you change your name
