@lost flame same problem. looks like transferred only scrolls extracted from heroes, all scrolls from bag disappeared. for me it at least 45 master scrolls, 211 epics, 438 rare.

@lost flame Hello. After transferring the character, all the master scrolls (golden) that were previously used on the characters disappeared. Only the 120 that were in the bag remained.
I put a lot into the game. It was the end of season 3. About 100 master scrolls (golden) disappeared. And more purple scrolls.

Like i said, soul imprints that have been in the bagpack are available , thlse that have been on a hero are not

I never used the inspiration and left it in the bag for her:
