#black screen when starting on steam

i can play the game just fine on my phone which i currently am but when trying to start the game through steam i get a black screen that stays there forever, i have uninstalled and re installed to no success.

here are the crash logs:

For PC: Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs

Please locate the log files that end with .log. If you haven't enabled the display of file extensions, you might not be able to see files with the .log suffix. For example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Please package all the log files and send them to us.

there isnt any, the game doesnt actually crash it just stays as this forever
