I don't think it's a regional issue. I turned off the VPN, and the error message now says that the region you're in is unavailable, which is different from the previous one.

Please locate the log files that end with .log. If you haven't enabled the display of file extensions, you might not be able to see files with the .log suffix. For example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Please package all the log files and send them to us.
