Well like the title says

Logging in with Apple ID gives this error

If possible, please provide a game log for further checking.

How to provide logs:

  • PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
  • Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.

Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.

Once we have the information you provide, we will immediately submit it to the team for verification and resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Our technical team is urgently working on a fix, which is expected to be completed by tomorrow. In the meantime, we recommend logging in with other linked accounts (such as Google or Facebook). If your account is only linked to Apple ID, you can log in via the Steam client. After logging in, click the "+" in the upper right corner >> Settings >> Service, and link your account. This will allow you to access the game normally on your mobile device.
