Pre Registration not validating for Pulls

I have registered my account for pre-registration. This is preventing me from getting the 40 pulls, which in turn is not giving me enough pulls to lock in my prophecy code. What do I do?

Please ensure that you have used the same third-party account to log in and complete the pre-registration. For example, if you participated in the pre-draw using an email account ([e-mail]), you need to use the same Gmail account to log in to the pre-registration activity and complete the pre-registration. Additionally, after completing the pre-registration, you need to return to the pre-draw page and click the [Completed] button to claim the draw attempt reward.

If you have used the same third-party account but still cannot complete the task, please provide the following information:
Provide the AMS-prefixed serial number from the pre-draw page after pre-registration (please indicate whether this serial number belongs to pre-registration or pre-draw)
How to obtain: Press F12 to open the developer tools, find the "Network" tab >> Fetch/XHR >> Ide/, copy the number string starting with AMS and send it to us

Provide the participating account (Open ID) for both pre-registration and pre-draw
How to obtain: Press F12 to open the developer tools, find the "Console" tab >> Click on the Object below >> Open ID, copy the number string and send it to us

Once we receive the information you provide, we will immediately forward it to the development team for verification and processing.

Regarding the task counting exception issue you reported, please confirm whether your operation was correct and complete. According to the rules:

The invitee must have never made a game reservation before.

Pre-registration and pre-card draw are two different activities, so the entry points and counting methods are also different. If you want to count towards the "Invite Friends to Reserve" task, please generate an invitation link from the pre-card draw task interface and share it with the invitee to participate.

The invitee needs to click the "invitation link from pre-card draw" that you generated to jump to the activity page >> log in to third-party account >> click "Tasks" >> go to reservation (at this point, the invitee should see the inviter's nickname, otherwise it's invalid). Please note: If the invitee clicks the invitation link and then clicks "log out of third-party account" first, followed by logging in with "another third-party account" on the same page, it will reset the invitation code in the link. To successfully count, you can first log out of the third-party account, then re-click the invitation link to log in to the third-party account before participating.

After the invitee completes the reservation according to the steps, they need to return to the pre-card draw task page and click "Completed".

I copy the invitation code.enter it on an account that was not registered during pre-registration.the name of the person inviting is not displayed and a message pops up
