New player appraisal MASSIVELY undervalued

I submitted 3 screenshots of my Raid gallery which easily exceeds the threshold of 16000+ points for the "S+" appraisal. Yet, the appraisal is only rating the account as an "S" only.

According to the"Event Rules":
Ultra Rare Hero - Red Quality 1 unit 5000 points

Based on that, my account's 3 red mythicals alone should be worth 15000 of the 16000 points required for an S+ appraisal and any 4 additional legendaries would push it over the threshold. Further, as you can see, I have more than enough Legendaries to reach that threshold in EACH of the screenshots.

@brave shard Any update on the undervalued appraisal from my original post here? The webpage and in game valuation still shows as just an S rating rather than the S+ it should be based on the score from the screenshots.

How is that possible? The screenshots that were uploaded for the appraisal evaluation easily surpasses 15,800. The three red mythicals alone as you can clearly see in the first screenshot is worth 15,000 according to the event rules. Add to that any four of the DOZENS of legendaries that are also clearly visible in each of the 3 submitted screenshots and it satisfies the threshold of 16,000.

When I first went through the website valuation procedure I was unable to choose a nickname of my account: there was no selection available in the drop down selector box so I assumed my account was lost. Since my account was unavailable I went through the "I am a player of other Strategy RPG games" to acquire my initial appraisal, which you can see is the case in the screenshot here. When looking at the screenshots of the submitted gallery for the appraisal you can see that they exceed the appraisal result in this image.
