Regarding the black screen issue you reported, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If the issue persists, please provide the device information and latest game logs:
How to provide logs:
- Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.

Try starting the application as administrator
I restarted game but all my progress was destroyed

Wait till relaunch , its maintenance till thursday now, and no progress ro be seen of ingame yet
i have same on pc re installed but same
For PC. Delete old/updated game from Steam, THEN go to you C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common folder and MANUALY delete Dragonheir Silent Gods folder - then Install the game and all working
