So when I entered the option for my account appraisal I think I entered ss of this game but in the wrond option. I am not ablew to change it there now as I have already been rated. However I was tol I could submit my old account ID . Sadly I looked through many old files and convos in discord etc and found not ONE with my ID number. What can I do now? My old account is sadly missed.

Alia has always been my nickname. I cannot find old ID. I picked wrong, however am a returning player. I did bind with old email account.

so i actually have the same problem it did not register my old account and im pretty sure i used money i also dont have the character id not sure how i would find it when i cannot log into the game but i do have my in game name, Fodelrein

If you participated in the account appraisal event by submitting screenshots, we recommend that you try logging into the event page using a different third-party platform account. From there, enter through the "Veteran Player" option, select "I am a US returning player", and re-submit your appraisal using your original nickname, "Alia."
