EU player, played since beta S1 S2 and S3,

When i go to the appraisal page i can see the two characters i had, main account is the character ID stated above.
When i choose that Character i just get the above promt and can´t continue or do anything.
What is needed to fix this? Prolly spent close to or above 5k$ on this acc.

so i could enter my account and got appointed a new server. The appraisal worked after this, great and thanks.
I am wondering tho.. we get to keep our heroes, artifacts etc is my understanding. But no lose items like summoning stones, epic/legendary scrolls and current Wyrmarrow or we get to keep that aswell on the new server?
Will all the champions retain their ability upgrades or will that be reseted ( do we need to train up all the skills again with epic/legendary scrolls? for heroes that area already maxed out in the past)
