We plan to restart in mid-July, and we will provide updates on resource retention and the specific restart schedule through official channels. This is not good, I am finishing in the top 5 of our server today when our season ends on Unyielding Silk III, we really wanted to use the Sandcore and other bonuses we would have been entitled to, let alone avoid, as @wind zinc says, the “hovering” on a dead server!
Can’t we at least merge those “finished” servers onto one and enable those players who are in the same position to claim their rewards?

After confirmation, we have determined that The Eye of Therme III server did not meet the conditions for server merger settlement. As a result, it is not eligible for season ranking settlement rewards. Regarding potential compensation, please refer to future official announcements for the most up-to-date information.

@brisk tendon Ironstones IV just finished and I am very frustrated that we will not be able to claim our end of season rewards that we worked hard to get over the course of the season. I will be missing out of over 15,000 wyrmarrow because of this oversight. I am extremely disappointed at the incompetence displayed here. How is the server settlement not a simple program execution that puts us back into the same seasonal instance that we were in and allows us to redeem our rewards. The whole separate server, separate season thing was a bungle from the beginning tbh. Just do what afk journey does and it would make your life so much easier.

Doesn't have to be opened or merge of servers, just unlock the store in the current season and give the prize pool, I'm very disappointed to lose 32 dice from the rank position in addition to the season mall dice etc., that's the real reason for the disappointment of the players, my server has been stationary for 3 weeks and will stay for 1 month, no problems, just release the store and me from my position award for having played 90 days (3 months).

My season should end a few days after relaunch. I really did my best and put lot of time to be in top 5 in season ranking. I feel like me and other people deserve season rewards

As someone that this doesn't overly effect as I didn't actively play since coming back, nor do I have any left over sandcore as I spent it all as soon as I did hop on. My point of view on this is as simple as what @wind zinc stated is to have the ability to open up the store now for those to spend there current sandcore, and also either compensate now based on the current ranking (do it like an appraisal thing) or have people keep a screenshot of their ranking and do it in the future, some of these people missing out on Wyrm, Dice, Master scrolls for having the misfortune of being on a "later" server where some others got to do a settlement and spend all their sandcore is not a good thing, and coming up with a solution whilst it won't appease everyone will go a long way to fostering goodwill 🙂

Same here on Unyielding Silk III season just ended and we dont get rewards 😦 As a daily player who spend houndreds of hours during season its pretty sad we dont get nothing as reward and miss all the goodies for good ranking 😦 If there is any way how to open seasonal shop so we can buy and spend its will be amazing or just make some web event same like appraisal where we send screen or UID to collect the rewards please... For servers that do not meet the standards for season settlement or server merging, it is not possible to obtain season ranking settlement rewards. However, to my knowledge, the development team plans to issue corresponding compensation. For specific details and the content of the compensation, I suggest everyone patiently wait for the official announcement.

Though I understand an announcement is to be made, I'd like to offer more context to the source of the frustration. I'm pretty sure a majority, if not all, of the channels beat the end game boss with days to spare. I would argue that once that's done and ranks are issued that that would constitute a season.
Walker's Trails, Daily Supply from Three Ears and Wyrmarrow Mining Warrants were available and being sold. These are seasonal items that aid a player's progression and yet the period they covered is not being considered a season.
Also, Eye of Therme III is the remnant of the Hor Hill channel that took almost a month to resettle so there is that unease as well.

Just to add my own observations on this issue as I am in a server that by the time of the update will have been held at end of season for over a month: my main contention is that some servers were reset allowing the players on those servers to get their rewards/spend their sandicore. In addition, those playing on the servers that were lucky enough to have had a reset also have had more opportunity to continue playing than those held at end of season with nothing to do. So, as well as having all their end of season rewards/shop items, those on the reset servers have also had far more opportunity to continue gathering resources. It is this disparity in the treatment of the player base that is my main contention, where players on reset servers have had preferential treatment over those held at end of season. Unfortunately, I'm not sure compensation can equalize this, as it will be almost impossible to calculate and apply compensation on a server to server basis.

Okay, I'm accepting that I won't get seasonal rewards if we get compensation. However, that compensation should be at least as good as seasonal rewards are. We spent hours every day just to be as hight as possible in seasonal rankings

In my case, I'm in the last week of my server, with 5 or 6 days left until I beat the final boss. I'm fourth on my server, and that would give me great rewards both in my ranking and in the Hourglass Shop. I've put so much effort and time into getting here, I wouldn't want to lose three months of daily work.

Same for Ghostheadland X. I am also very disappointed. I spent the last 90 days 2 hours every day of my lifetime to a game to manage a rank better 50. And i will get nothing?!?! And to be fair, the answers of the Devs dont sound very promissing in my opinion 😨

I'm also on the server Unyielding Silk III and I was surprised to see that the season change wasn't happening... I really hope that the compensations will be as good as the rewards that I won't be able to claim because I spent a little money to maintain my ranking.
If the inability to change servers was something planned, at least they should have warned us... That might have encouraged me not to waste my money and time... Something I feel like I've waste as long as we don't have information about this "compensation"

The compensation will be for everyone, not just those that finished their season. Yes its a rotten position to be in, however atleast they have said they will do something for everyone and this is ontop of all the other stuff too 🙂

I have just seen the in-game message regarding those servers affected by the lack of season settlement, and tbh, it was decidedly underwhelming, especially for those players that were in top ranking positions.
As a person in 4th place on server Unyielding Silk III, I would have been entitled to
28 Helios x 350 Wyrm
1200 Wyrm
20 Gold Summons tickets
Totalling 11,000 Wyrm plus the tickets in the current version
Even working out using the new version it would have been
28 Helios x 100 Wyrm
1200 Wyrm
20 Gold Summons tickets
Totalling 4000 Wyrm and the 20 tickets
So I appreciate everything going on with the bonuses etc for migrating etc, and this is very welcome, but surely this compensation on those server season Rankings that have not been able to access their end of season shop etc, is not adequate.
Especially with the note that all other servers will be given 1500 Wyrm compensation too!
I hope this can be reviewed and amended ASAP please!

@brisk tendon Hello, I think other types of rewards should be provided to people who are about to finish the final boss and its season. It's not the same to have been playing the server for a month as to be less than a week away from finishing all the work done over three long months. The rewards we could receive are much more than 3,000 crystals. Please consider other types of compensation for those of us who are less than six days away from finishing the server.

We appreciate you are constrained by the “higher ups” but surely you can appreciate the huge difference in rewards gained by a 4th place Season Ranking position (as well as many others) after having killed the boss and the paltry 3k Wyrm that is being offered.

I agree with you everyone above. I am in Eye of themes 3 and worked hard and paid good money to get in the top hundred. It sucks that I was hoping to get the rewards as server maintenance doesn't start till July 14th
