Dear Traveler,
When the network is unstable, login issues may occur. Please switch networks and try again. Additionally, if you are using a PC, we only support launching via Steam.
If you still cannot log in after multiple attempts, kindly provide the following information:
- Role ID/nickname
- Device Information
- Location
- Game Log
How to provide logs:
- PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
- Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.
Once we have the information you provide, we will immediately submit it to the team for verification and resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
