#invite not showing up in pre-summon

a friend said they used my invite link to pre-register but when I go to my pre-summon page it doesn't shown anyone and i got no summons. i think i scan share a vid of theirs if needed

Regarding the task counting exception issue you reported, please confirm whether your operation was correct and complete. According to the rules:

  1. The invitee must have never made a game reservation before.

  2. Pre-registration and pre-card draw are two different activities, so the entry points and counting methods are also different. If you want to count towards the "Invite Friends to Reserve" task, please generate an invitation link from the pre-card draw task interface and share it with the invitee to participate.

  3. The invitee needs to click the "invitation link from pre-card draw" that you generated to jump to the activity page >> log in to third-party account >> click "Tasks" >> go to reservation (at this point, the invitee should see the inviter's nickname, otherwise it's invalid). Please note: If the invitee clicks the invitation link and then clicks "log out of third-party account" first, followed by logging in with "another third-party account" on the same page, it will reset the invitation code in the link. To successfully count, you can first log out of the third-party account, then re-click the invitation link to log in to the third-party account before participating.

  4. After the invitee completes the reservation according to the steps, they need to return to the pre-card draw task page and click "Completed".

If you confirm that your operation was correct, please provide the following information so we can further verify:

  • Inviter's character ID + shared invitation code link
  • If the invitee completed pre-registration but didn't create a game account, go to the pre-card draw task page - copy a new invitation code link and share it with us
  • Try re-inviting according to the above prompts and record the entire operation (including all links clicked; account password entry steps can be skipped)
