Contact Us on the Website Won't Send Verification Code

I am trying to contact support thought the contact us link on the bottom of the Dragonheir website, but after I fill everything out and click Send Verification Email, a popup at the top shows up that says "Submission Failed. Please try again.". There is also an error below the verification code entry that says selection is mandatory, but everything else is filled out.
