Did you ask for a verification code via e-mail? below your e_mail on the right side. This may take some time but should arrive when clicking onto "send verification email". Then you should be able to get the code
If thats not working: Service@sgrastudio.com can be used too
Well, of course I asked for the confirmation code by email. I just hid it on the screenshot on purpose, because it's personal information.

As far as I know, this problem has been around for a long time, but it has not been solved. It's just that I have only just encountered it now.
I didn't mean it to be condenscending or any other way to be hurtful. Many smaller things (in my opinion) can get solved by asking if everything has been done prior to Flora or staff looking into your case.

For further information after the weekend staff tends to get to the bottom of bug-reports but as lately there have been many bugs reported it may take some time.

Selecting a different account type or email address does not solve the problem. The behavior is the same. Unfortunately, the problem exists.
I tested it and recreating what I saw from your picture above. My request worked and otherwise I got suggested this which indicates that the E-Mail from Tobi and this E-Mail is the intended response to your problem.
