Try to log into the game. Leave it running a bitand then log off.
Go to the web event page and log in. Select the wanted character (1 appraisal per account as stated in the rules and info!) and start the evaluation process
You need to go to your Gmail account, delete DragonHeir account.
Re-enter your DragonHeir game, and rebind the game from their to discord and bind it in #🔒┆verify-here.
Then your account will show and go to the webpage to complete your processes.
This should work
The game isn’t available yet in the US so I can’t do that.

How do I log in the game if it’s not released in the US yet. I had only one character and I have a record of all my purchases. I even wrote my role ID which I got from my message to join the pioneer club in the original post
For me, I couldn't select the character from the drop-down menu for US and had to type the name manually in the box provided.

hmm sorry to hear that. I'm just glad my name was in the drop-down list because I couldn't even remember my character name 🙂
have you tried another computer or browser with a clean cache maybe?
Yes nothing changed. My name is in the drop-down list from the beginning but never worked

After checking, we found that your account 1698426920917032960 is not a US region account. If possible, you can enable a proxy and try downloading the game through the Apple Store or Google Play Store, then log into the game to see if this resolves the issue.
