My account was appraised too low. I'm not sure if there was a bug or if there was confusion because I'm from the USA, but I would like to be appraised at the appropriate value. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help correct the issue.

Thank you very much for your patience. After confirmation, we refreshed the data last Friday following the feedback received. Therefore, even if you saved incorrect results before the data refresh, the corrected valuation results have also been refreshed accordingly. We recommend logging into the event page again to view the latest results. If you still have questions, please provide a screenshot of your latest valuation results and the nickname/ID of the character you participated with.

Will the evaluation of our accounts change prior to joining the new version servers?

I ask as people may (like I have) evaluate their account now, but gain additional Wyrm, Dice, Hero’s etc prior to joining the new version.

Therefore if this happens, their evaluation will be incorrect at that point.

Could you confirm either way, and pass this along to the Dev team too please?

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do, because I was looking forward to playing Dragonheir again. However, it will be very disappointing if my account can not get appraised at the appropriate value. Thank you for your patience. Your account evaluation result is normal. The reset evaluation applications mentioned in other posts are specifically for cases where the wrong account was selected. If you can prove that your account has multiple characters, please provide the role ID or relevant screenshots. After verification, we can apply for you. However, if your account only has one character, we apologize that we cannot apply for a reset in this situation. We appreciate your understanding.

My account has multiple characters, and I never hit 'Confirm' because the results didn't seem right to me. The game confirmed the results anyway. I would like to reset the results of the appraisal.

We will reapply for an evaluation of the target account, and once processed, the current valuation result will be directly replaced. Please note that this evaluation can only be applied for once and is limited to one character under the evaluated account.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, but at this point I am concerned I will not get an evaluation, and I will be left with nothing. I will just take the current evaluation, but I will be careful about where I invest in the future.
