don't confirm, log into game and do appraisal again
Its still show those page with A
you definitely should have more then A just with the heroes alone
make sure you did not choose the wrong traveler

After checking, your participating account only has 4 epic heroes, and the corresponding evaluation result is correct. If you accidentally used a non-target account to participate in the activity, you currently cannot participate again (one account can only select one character to participate). However, we have also received requests from other players who want to reset their evaluation results, and we have forwarded this feedback to the development team for evaluation.

Thank you for your reply. We can apply for a reset of your evaluation results. Please note that after resetting the evaluation results, your adventure squad records will be cleared, and you will need to create or join an adventure squad again.
If you still need to reset your evaluation results, please reply "Agree to reset", and we will report it to the team for application (it is expected to take 3-5 business days for verification and processing).
